W hen my co-founder, Henry, and I started LEON, we asked ourselves, “Why can’t fast food be good food?” As children, we loved

fast food, but then we realized that it made us fall asleep and wake up feeling slightly unwell. So along with our friend Allegra, we set about to create what we thought fast food would be like in heaven. Food that tastes wonderful, is surprisingly good for you, is affordable and kind to the planet. And that leaves you feeling good after you’ve eaten it.

We believe in the principles of the Mediterranean diet – lots of plants and good meats flavored naturally with fresh herbs and spices. With lots of nuts, seeds and olive oil

that give you the nutritious fats your body needs to function well. Plus…cake. To give you some balance in your life.

We do this from early in the morning until late at night. From the first Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffin or Clean Green Shake…to the last Mediterranean Salsa Verde Hot Box, Fish Sandwich or order of GFC - Gluten-Free Chicken nuggets.

Because we want to make it easy for everyone to eat and live well, we keep our prices as low as we can. And we make it easy for anyone eating a gluten-free, dairy-free, low glycemic load or vegan diet (I eat gluten-free and I know how tricky it can be for those of you in the same boat).
