Project Definition - in this phase you will meet with one of our Project Consultants- either in our showroom or by phone. In this meeting we will review your project, your brand, and your timeline. Our focus is to ensure we understand your vision and goals for your customers and your business.

Product Selection - Based on your objectives and budget, we will help you identify the best product selection for your skin and hair care lines. We encourage you to test our natural and organic botanical based products. If we don’t offer what you are looking for, we will work to source products from our roster of registered, high quality suppliers.

Scenting Options - While many of our products have a scent from the organic and natural ingredients within, we understand the importance of offering a unique fragrance for bath, body, skin, and hair care products. Our scents are sourced from reputable North American suppliers offering a wide range of essential oils and pthalate free fragrances.

Packaging Options - A key component to the success of your new line will be the packing you choose. Our packaing is made from quality recyclable PET, glass and aluminum. We offer the best options available to meet your budget and branding goals.

Labeling Options - There are several options for labeling depending on the packaging you chose and your budget. Choose from our high quality, cost effective four color water resistant labels, digital press labels, or silk screening. Our Project Consultants will work with you to provide the best options to meet your needs.

PACKAGING

Everyone knows that packaging and labeling are the cornerstone to the success of any product, especially in the beauty industry. However, having creative packaging for a private label program could be limiting due to the smaller quantities requested by some of our clients. This is why we scour the market to find suppliers with innovative packaging solutions that will set your products apart, but won't break the bank. We have access to a large variety of containers from recyclable PET plastic to frosted glass – all available in a variety of sizes and colors and with low minimum orders.

Looking to keep your costs down? We offer a unique selection of plastic, glass and metal containers suitable for a variety of bath and body care products that are both cost effective and high quality. Looking to develop a high end skin care line? We have access to elegant glass and plastic jars, serum dropper bottles and airless containers – perfect solutions for conveying a high end look to match your brand image. IN-HOUSE PRAVADA PRINTINGPravada labels are printed in-house on our stock white, semi glossy, water resistant polyester labels with rounded corners. Our in-house labels can be printed in full color or black and white. Minimum order quantities are 12 pieces and turnaround times are about 1-2 weeks after designs are provided or approved by the client. There are additional fees if a press proof is requested. A request for a proofs may increase lead-times for full production. Costs for Pravada labels are included in the cost of the product. Artwork must be setup and created using the Pravada label templates. Most packaging will have individual front and back labels and wraparound labels can be used on certain 1oz or 2oz packaging.

DIGITAL PRESS PRINTINGThis high quality printing process produces a variety of labels. Choose from glossy or matte laminate finishes on white, clear, or metallic stock. They are water and oil resistant and have rounded corners. Minimum order quantities are 250 pieces per label, and turnaround times are about 1-2 weeks after designs are provided and order quantities/quotes are approved by the client. There are additional fees if a press proof is requested. Press proofs have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks, increasing the overall production time. Costs are determined by label size, material, quantity and design. There may be additional plate or custom die-cut fees due to the print method and label size or shape.

SILK SCREENINGIn this printing method, the design is transfered directly onto the packaging. This method of printing may have a limit of 1-2 colors. The more colors used the more expensive the cost. Silk Screening has a minimum order of 1000 pieces per product. There are additional fees if a proof is requested. Proofs have a turnaround time of 3-5 weeks, increasing the overall production time. Artwork must be reviewed by printer to see if it is suitable for silk screening. Final costs are determined by print area, colours, quantity and design.

GRAPHIC DESIGNKnowing that one of the keys to success of any skin or hair care line lies in the presentation. We have assembled a team of graphic designers ready to help you develop the right look for showcasing your brand. Whether you need assistance with simple lable layout or a complete new product design, our designers can provide you with cost effective assistance to get you to market quickly and with style.

FDA AND HEALTH CANADA COMPLIANCE During the development process, our Project Consultants will offer advice on tailoring your copy to meet FDA and Health Canada labeling requirements. In addition, we can complete your Health Canada Cosmetic Notification filings for your submission (fees extra).

ADDITIONALSERVICES

FULFILLMENT BY AMAZON Pravada can prepare your products to ship directly to Amazon or another fulfillment center. We can bag products, attach bar codes and other labels and ship on a specific date. We will provide shipment details to you including the box quantities, units per box and the weight and dimensions of the boxes so that you can create your FBA and shipping labels.

A lot on your plate? With your permission, Pravada will create a shipping plan through your Amazon Sellers Central account for an additional fee. We’ll create shipping labels for your designated fulfillment center and directly send your goods to be distributed. Let us help you replenish your inventory and avoid backorders and Amazon fees associated with depleted stock.

First time Amazon seller? While Pravada does not sell products on Amazon, our staff is familiar with the requirements associated with getting started. We are happy to provide Amazon with the product documentation required for you to make your on-line debut.

CONTRACT MANUFACTURING Looking to develop a new proprietary formula for your products? We can assist you in developing a blend that is unique to your brand. We have a wide array of skin and hair care products that can be made one-of-a-kind by incorporating a special ingredient of your choice.
