Nationwide Courses and Beyond

We are proud to say that we offer international in addition to delivering courses at convenient locations around the country. Our MD, Ralph Moody, has just returned to the UK following a highly successful trip to the Lebanon where he led an in-house PTT Train the Trainer course.

The participants absolutely loved it, a fact they pointed out in their glowing testimonials. Then, following courses this week in Aberdeen and Newcastle, on 23rd April we are holding a 3-day International PTT Train the Trainer course in Kuala Lumpur. After that, on 26th April we are holding an Essential. There’s always plenty of great training to get excited about, both home and abroad!

Both the Aberdeen and Newcastle courses are 2-day PTT Train the Trainer programmes. Due to the popularity of this course and as we are one of the leading providers of this type of training, we offer it at a number of locations throughout the UK. This superb course will cover in its content the Principles of Training, Facilitating Skills, Systems Approach to Training and includes the teaching of many useful tips and techniques, plus assessed sessions and evaluations. Well-structured, worthwhile and enjoyable the course is fully accredited by the ILM.

We believe so strongly in our PTT Train the Trainer courses that we continue spread the message about great training overseas. Our Kuala Lumpur course is a 3-day, international version of the course lead by Ralph Moody, our MD. He will take participants through an interesting, in-depth experience, additionally covering areas such Dealing with Challenging Group and Individuals, which can be a very useful part of the course that has been proven to reap career rewards.

Three days later on 26th April it is time for the outstanding Essential Management Skills course. Also being held in Kuala Lumpur, this course covers everything from Empowering Language to Dealing with Stress and is a great course for anyone who oversees, or is planning to lead, a team.

Another course kicks off back in Newcastle next, for the penultimate day of the month. Our Management Development Programme (MDP) on 29th April looks at key skills, time management, delegation, dealing with conflict and much more. It has been designed to give a comprehensive boost to those in management positions, in terms of understanding how to approach challenges, honing skills and confidence.
