ADMISSIONS FOR 2017 THE CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE PROGRAMME •Between 18 and 35 years of age •Matric qualification with English as a subject •South African Citizen •Certified ID copy •Motivational letter indicating your interest in becoming a Chef •Curriculum Vitae, Programme Duration is 12 Months.
