NOTICE FOR ADMISSION TO B.A LLB (H) and LLM (PG) COURSES
It is notified to all the prospective students who have been allotted the seats through CLAT-18, seeking admission to NUSRL, Ranchi under the courses UG & PG to bring the following documents and testimonials at the time of counseling-cum-admission:
1. Mark Sheet of Class 10th (Original and Xerox). 2. Passing Certificate of Class 10th (Only for ICSE board)/ Provisional Certificate of
10th (For JAC boards and Other State Boards) [Original and Xerox]. 3. Mark Sheet of Class 12th or equivalent (Original and Xerox). 4. Passing Certificate of Class 12th (For CBSE/ICSE) Provisional Certificate of 12th
(For JAC and other state boards.) [Original and Xerox] 5. CLAT 2018 Hall Ticket/Admit Card, original signed by the center invigilator at
the time of exam. (Original and Xerox). 6. CLAT Score Card. 7. Migration Certificate (Original) 8. T.C/ College Leaving Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate (Original) 9. Character Certificate issued by previous institution. (Original) 10. Medical Certificate (in original duly examined and signed by a registered medical
practitioner). 11. Anti Ragging Affidavit (both by student and parent) on a Non-Judicial Stamp
paper of Rs. 10/- or above duly attested by oath commissioner. (by notary in their own home town).

claiming domicile. 16. PH certificate, for those applying under the specially abled person category issued
by competent authority. 17. Certificate of resident of Jammu and Kashmir (for those applying under the J&K

FOR NRI/NRI SPONSORED CATEGORY: • Proof of Nationality (Copy of valid passport of Non-Resident Indian/Overseas Citizen
of India/Person of Indian Origin candidate or NRI/OCI/PIO relative sponsoring the candidate).
• Certified copy of the Passport (Photostat copy of the Passport certified by the Indian Embassy or Indian Consulate of the Country where the NRI/OCI/PIO is residing).

• Certified copy of the OCI/PIO Card (Photostat copy of the OCI/PIO card certified by the Indian Embassy or Indian Consulate of the Country where the OCI/PIO is residing).
• Declaration by the NRI/OCI/PIO sponsoring a candidate (NRI/OCI/PIO sponsored candidates are required to submit a Declaration by the NRI/OCI/PIO relative stating his/her relationship with the candidate and the interest shown in the educational affairs of the candidate as per Annexure-1 & Annexure 1A).
• NRI/OCI/PIO certificate (Certificate from Indian Embassy or the Indian Consulate of the country where the NRI/OCI/PIO is residing as per the format given in Annexure-2 & Annexure-2A & Annexure-3 & Annexure-3A).
• Certificate recognizing the qualifying examination passed (Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a country other than India are required to submit a certificate from the Indian Embassy/Indian Consulate or the Association of Indian University (AIU), New Delhi, stating that the examination passed by the candidate is equivalent to the qualifying examination prescribed by various education boards in India).
• Declaration by the Candidate (To be printed on Non-Judicial stamp paper not less than Rs. 50/-) (Annexure-4)
• Declaration by the Parent/Guardian of the Candidate (To be printed on Non-Judicial stamp paper not less than Rs. 50/-) (Annexure-5)
18. 6 recent Passport size photographs. Important Note:
• Students are requested to carry 2 sets of Xerox copy of all the documents mentioned above.
• Students admitted will be accommodated with double occupancy in a single room. Demand for single room will not be entertained at any cost.
• Students need not bring their belongings (Bag, Cot, Blanket etc.) for residing at the time of counseling/admission. Students will be residing at their respective allotted hostels rooms before the commencement of class on August, 2018.
