Travel and Hotel Lodging Policy

Dear Guest,

With reference to the "Two Days Workshop on Public Sector Training in Pakistan",

scheduled to be held at the National School of Public Policy (NSPP) Lahore, on

September 26th - 27th 2012, please see below the detail of services we are providing

during your visit to Lahore for the said workshop.

1. Hotel Accommodation:

For guest coming from outside Lahore, we have arranged your accommodation

at Pearl Continental, Lahore. You are requested to check in on September 25th

2012 and check out on September 27th 2012.

We will bear your room rent (single guest) cost for your stay at Lahore for two

nights as mentioned above. This will include complimentary breakfast (single) on

September 26

2. Travel Claims:

You are either requested to do travel arrangements yourself and claim for its

reimbursement from ASP-RSPN, as per the RSPN policy that includes return

economy airfare and local road travel or ASP-RSPN can also help you in ticket
