Relay for Life is fast approaching!

If you would like to be a team captain,

please attend the informational meeting onApril 12th, at 3:15

If you would not like to be on a team, but

would like to help out those opportunities

will be coming out at a later date.

Joaquin, Shabby, Mitch, or Kaeliegh.

Blood Drive

The Blood Drive is fast approaching on

APRIL 7th

If you have volunteered to work a shift,please make sure you are on time and

have a pass to get out of class.

If you are donating, please make sure you

have yourpass and a form ofphoto ID

Hours Recap

Hours Recap.

By the end of the year every member needs40 total hours.

At least 20 of these hours have to be NHS

10 total hours (individual or NHS) have to betutoring

volunteer opportunities for NHS hours

Tutoring

Every Monday/Tuesday/Thursday morning and

every Tuesday/Thursday afternoon we will have

tutoring in the upstairs yellow pod

We must have at least three NHS students there

every morning to lead the tutoring

Sign up sheets for tutoring will be on the NHS

board

Please continue to do this! It is a great way to

get hours!

OtherEvents

Soup Kitchen- Over Spring break, group ofstudents go to a soup kitchen and serve tothe community. 15 volunteers needed

Science Camp- In the end of April, therewill be a science camp at WJHS on aSaturday May 1st.

We NEED people. The event is from 8am until10pm.

These are NHS sponsered tutoring hours

Capture the Flag- Capture the Flag will

take place on Friday, April 9th from 6-10.

Volunteer sign-up in the front of the room. Please encourage any friends to come to thisawesome event!
