GCP Cloud Environment
The cloud environment provides agencies with data and applications that can be shared over the Internet. The shared environment ensures that government systems are interoperable with each other. This enables collaboration across agencies, allowing them to work faster and more efficiently.
Middleware
An API gateway allows systems to access shared data and resources via web services made available through api.gov.ph. This facilitates collaboration by allowing the different systems within the government to communicate with each other.
Business Process Management
The BPM tool allows agencies to collaborate in their tasks and processes. This allows work to proceed faster and more efficiently. The BPM also allows users to quickly customize their workflows with no impact on their operations.
Business Intelligence
The BI tool simplifies the preparation and blending of data, with tools to analyze, visualize, explore, report, and predict. It provides data integration, online analytical processing, report generation, dashboard customization, data mining and extract-transform-loading capabilities. This provides the government with comprehensive, easy-to-understand data analysis.
Deduping and Matching Application
The DMA is designed to help agencies clean their databases. By making databases clean, data becomes reliable and ready for sharing to other agencies.
Onboarding and Registry Application
The O&R Application facilitates provision of access to the government’s available technologies such as the Analytics tool, BPM tool, and DMA, among others. The O&R also allows creation of registries and enables agencies to form collaborative groups – groups that can share creation and management of registries.
GIS Platforms (OpenGeo, Carto, Google Maps)
This component allows the inclusion of geospatial information and maps into the different services. This provides the government with the “whole picture” in terms of distribution of data across geographical lines and population.
