Gilbane currently has a master agreement in place with AIG and has been engaged as construction manager on several projects throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Projects have included renovations and fit-outs of office spaces ranging from 500 SF to 100,000 SF in size in cities such as Jeffersonville, IL; Springfield, IL; Charlotte, NC; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; and San Juan, PR.
