Chambers of Commerce, local governments, public school districts, and others to increase awareness and develop career pathways for high paying, high skill job opportunities in the Local Area for high school students.

Work collaboratively to develop a long term talent pipeline to meet the growing demand for high skill, high paying jobs in the Local Area through innovative partnerships between private sector businesses, education and economic development.

Work with Economic Developers to meet the demand for high paying, high skill jobs created by exisiting business expansion and new business location in the Local Area; workforce is consistently the top priority for business growth and my job is to make sure the Local Area has the best workforce in the nation and that our workforce is globally superior based on all metrics.
