On June 27th, 2011, RE/MAX Professionals formalized their merger with RE/MAX Integrity. As some of you may remember, 10 years ago I worked with Ed McCloud at RE/MAX Integrity at the office located on 67th Ave and the 101 Loop. Over the years Ed was my mentor and my friend – he has always been a wealth of knowledge, not only about real estate, but also on how to grow my business to the next level. It is because of our shared history, common values and similar business philosophies that we believe this merger is a great fit for both companies. RE/MAX Integrity has been in operation since 1992 and RE/MAX Professionals is about to celebrate our 10th anniversary on September 11th 2011. Our companies combined will represent approximately 200 professional and experienced real estate agents. The company name will remain RE/MAX Professionals however we will now have seven valley office locations to services the Metro areas. This merger furthers the outstanding reputations of two premier groups offering world class service to Arizona homebuyers and sellers. “We took a long look and saw that a merger of these brokerages would create a win-win situation for all parties involved,” said the co-owner of RE/MAX Professionals, Frank Russo. “Our offices share similar philosophies and creating an even stronger alliance is in everyone’s best interest. The RE/MAX agents in both firms have provided outstanding service to their clients for years and with even more resources, we’re confident we’ll continue to build on our current success in this market.” This is a great day for both groups. JULY 2011 ONE OF ARIZONA’S NATURAL RESOURCES

This month, I am both excited and honored to share with you a very special announcement – something my business partner, Frank Russo and I have been working on for almost a year now. On June 27th, 2011, RE/MAX Professionals formalized their merger with RE/MAX Integrity. As some of you may remember, 10 years ago I worked with Ed McCloud at RE/MAX Integrity at the office located on 67th Ave and the 101 Loop. Over the years Ed was my mentor and my friend – he has always been a wealth of knowledge, not only about real estate, but also on how to grow my business to the next level. It is because of our shared history, common values and similar business philosophies that we believe this merger is a great fit for both companies. RE/MAX Integrity has been in operation since 1992 and RE/MAX Professionals is about to celebrate our 10th anniversary on

September 11th 2011. Our companies combined will represent approximately 200 professional and experienced real estate agents. The company name will remain RE/MAX Professionals however we will now have seven valley office locations to services the Metro areas.
