Responsibilities included rendering schematic proposals, modifying bid documents, updating CAD standards, drafting construction documents, digitally modeling designs in BIM software, preliminary checking of documents and responding to RFIs.

Earl Swensson Associates Co-op: Mar. 2007- Dec. 2007Supported design development of projects ranging from large-scale hospitality and healthcare facilities to international small-scale boutique hotel designs with varied construction types. Developed and presented physical models and digital renderings of building designs directly to clients.

Childress and Cunningham Inc. Co-op: Mar. 2008- Dec. 2008Aided in creating small-scale residential and church design. Tasks included detailing of custom millwork, drafting construction documents, and assisting in construction management from bidding to site observation.
