Cooking Instructions

Deep-Fryer: 350ºF at 5–6 minutes; convection oven: 375ºF at 21–23 minutes; Pizza Oven: 470ºF at 6–7 minutes. Appliances may vary, so adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 140ºF, as measured by a calibrated thermometer.For Nashville Hot Wing sauce: Mix 1/4-oz. seasoning pouch with 1¼ cups (8½ oz.) of melted lard or oil. Toss or drizzle on top of cooked wings for desired heat level and serve.
