Chris PizzoCaptain Chris Pizzo is a self-defense instructor who has become an icon and leader in the self-defense industry. A U.S. Grappling Gold Medal Champion, Chris has earned 147 trophies and medals in karate, judo, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and boxing.

Jhoon RheeWorld-renowned Grand Master Rhee, a 10th-Degree Black Belt, is known as the “Father of American Tae Kwon Do.” With more than 125 affiliated Tae Kwon Do studios worldwide, Grand Master Rhee is a pioneer in martial arts instruction.
