Gin Lane Residence

The client’s main goal was to create a private courtyard at the

rear of the lot for entertaining. The house is oriented on a small,

wedge-shaped lot in a way that maximizes water views. The

home was created to include all owner required elements and a

reflection of the lifestyle and ambiance of Naples. The residence

became transparent and open to the outdoors, allowing indoor

and outdoor activities to flow.

Little Harbor Lane Residence

The colonial and vernacular architecture of the Island of

Bermuda was the primary influence on the design of this two-story

lake-front home in Naples. Since the homeowner is an antiques

dealer, we worked very closely with her on the interior details in

order to create an historically correct feel to the residence.

Nelson’s Walk Residence

This two-story Bermuda-style residence holds 10,870 square feet

under air. Located in the prestigious Port Royal area of Naples,

the home features numerous multi-level decks with views toward

Buccaneer Bay and the Gordon River. Crafted with traditional

detailing throughout, the rooms flow together and take

advantage of natural vistas.

Port Royal Residence

This project is a 7,000 square-foot private residence. The two-story,

single family home has a spa, pool, and pool gazebo. A triple

arched entry with a balcony overlooks a sculptured drive around

a raised fountain.

Rum Row Residence

Located in one of America’s most prestigious neighborhoods, this

enclave offers its residents spectacular views of the gulf and bay.

The firm’s joint mission for this residence was not only to design

a beautiful home, but to create a detailed and harmonious

environment based on the client’s lifestyle and needs.
