DESIRE/ PURPOSE TO SERVE NAPE IF ELECTED: My desire is to work assiduously with subject matter experts drawn from the industry and institutions of higher

learning to achieve the following in the Editorial Board/Technical Committee viz:-

Call for abstracts and review of submitted abstracts for conference technical sessions on time.

Send letters of invitation to presenters of accepted papers, judges and session Chairs.

Engage with the President-Elect for Lead Technical papers resource persons.

Introduce state-of-the-art innovations in NAPE Conference (AICE) technical presentation in line with

current trends viz:

Sustain the use of oral presentation software while ensuring that all the already documented

challenges are addressed proactively;

Poster presentation shall be on wide TV screens as approved by the Executive committee;

Standard template for both oral and poster presentations shall be designed;

Develop Technical Programme Application (App) that will allow for easy access to conference

activities per time on Windows, Android and iOS devices;

Upload of the Book of abstracts and other conference activities to the NAPE AICE App; print out some

hard copies of the Book of Abstracts;

Setup of IT Support team for assistance on the application;

Selection of best papers for publication and Awards.

Regular publication of NAPE bulletin.

QA/QC of the contents of Technical publications.

Ensure that papers published in NAPE bulletin are visible and accessible online, and given international

impart factor rating (paid download for non-members).

Ensure the creation of Online Download option on our NAPE website.

Follow-up to ensure best quality print of NAPE Bulletin on digitized CTP and not just conventional plates

that are not neat.

Work hand-in-hand with the President-Elect to co-ordinate monthly technical sessions.

Post-Conference technical session Evaluation/Assessment form shall be sent to all participants for

feedback.

Submit annual report of the Editorial activities to the Executive committee.
