How to get to Congress & Exhibition Centre Levi Summit and Hotel Levi Panorama Levi Express Gondola
The easiest way to get from Levi village center to Congress & Exhibition Centre Levi Summit and Hotel Levi Panorama is to use the Levi Express Gondola lift. You can use it with or without ski equipment. The lift takes you from Zero Point in the village to the top of Front piste next to Levi Summit and Hotel Levi Panorama, and back.
Opening hours: 9.30–21.00
Note: There is a special lift service on Sunday December 2 and Thursday December 6 evenings for Eurotherm participants as well as early service in the mornings starting at 8.30.
On Sunday December 2, you may use the lift without a ticket 18.30–21.00, if you do not have time to buy a ticket before arriving to Get together.
A daily ticket of 7,50 € with unlimited number of trips for conference and hotel guests can be purchased at Hotel Levi Panorama. A daily return ticket of 5,00 € can be bought at Zero Point (Hissitie 8) where the ticket office is open daily 9.00–18.30.
Please take into account the time needed for the transfer.
Shuttle bus to Hotel Levi Panorama
There is a shuttle bus service available every 30 minutes between Hotel Levi Panorama and the village on Thursday and Friday 21.00–24.00.
Price of the shuttle bus is 3,00 € / one-way or 5,00 € / return.
Registration desk The Eurotherm registration desk is located on the ground floor near the Auditorium in the Congress & Exhibition Centre Levi Summit.

Conference room The Eurotherm conference room is the Auditorium located on the ground floor.
Poster sessions The posters are located in the Scenic meeting room next to Auditorium. The poster can be hung to the poster stand marked by the abstract number in the morning Tuesday December 4 and the Author is to remove the poster after the closing of the conference day on Wednesday December 5. The staff will remove posters that remain on the poster stands. The Authors are kindly reminded to be at their poster during the assigned poster session. The organisers provide the presenters with poster pins.
Wi‐Fi There is a free Wi-Fi network available. Network: summit guest No password is needed.
Uploading presentations
The technical equipment includes a projector and a computer compatible with Windows 7 and Office 2010. Please note that the uploading is possible only during the breaks.
