intentionally coated with biomolecules such as DNA,proteins, and monoclonal antibodies to target specific cells
Materials in this size range may approach the length scale atwhich some specific physical or chemical interactions withtheir environment can occur.
Apart from this, due to their extremely small size,nanomaterials possess extremely high surface area tovolume ratio which renders them highly reactive.
