DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PERSONNEL
Recruitment of manpower, all activities such as advertisement, receiving
CV’s , Interviews / Selection negotiations with Foreign Recruiting Agencies, issuing
demand letter ( s ) & power of attorney, travel arrangements and development of
Employees.
Arranging traveling documents. Air Tickets etc.
Preparing performance Appraisal form regarding contract renewal and probation period.
Maintaining employee’s record files and medical files.
Update employees leave record.
Maintain daily attendance record and submit absence and other necessary reports to
concerned department.
Make sure validity of documents Passport Iqamas. Road permit and Driving License
etc. Preparation of final settlement of terminated employees (s)
Co-Ordination and solving any problem between accounting and the employees (s)
regarding salary/Overtime payment etc. Insurance Claims of Medical Treatment and

ADMIN / PURCHASING
