Nail Drill, Most Important Nail Accessories for Your Successful Nail Salon

Since the ancient time, women moved attention from outside

to inside home, which saves much of time to key an eye on

them. That’s the reason why cosmetic business, apparel line

and manicure, pedicure salon so popular by women, because

all the above businesses are closely related to women beauty,

in which nail art is a new up-and-coming topic.

Small as your nail status is, but unexpected beauty you can see

in your nail. No matter which purpose you do, to beautify your

own nails or to open a manicure or pedicure salon in the street,

nail drill is a necessary for your happy ending.

A nail drill is a tool that is used to quickly and effectively drive

nails into building materials. The key to getting desired results

from your use of a nail drill is consistent spacing of the nails.

Proper handling of the nail drill is also important. Here I would

like to share with you the proper way to use nail drills.

First of all, assemble your tools and supplies. You will need

your nail drill and the appropriate nails. Also, be sure that your

work area is level and clean.

Secondly, read the manufacturer's directions that accompanied

the nail drill. This will help you determine what type of nails

that you need, and any additional safety equipment, you

always should use safety goggles. It will also tell you exactly

how to load the nails into the drill. Most of time, in the manual,

you can find the main features of your nail drill saving for the

specification. Take the nail drills from hootoo.com

) as an example, the main features can be listed as follow:

1. Elegant layout, bright-colored design plus robust modeling

2. Continuous and variable speed control

3. Manual or Foot Brake control over on/off switch

4. Low noise, vibration or heat after long hours of operation,

ensuring smooth operation

5. Ergonomic design, easy operation rendering low work fatigue

6. Useful handpiece for nail file at beauty salons

7. Forward/ Reverse operation switch

8. Automatic over-voltage, over-current and overload

protection system

Thirdly, place marks on the piece of material you are about to

nail. You can do this using the carpenter's pencil. These marks

will indicate the desired spacing for the nails. Generally, you

should place the nails at equal increments apart. For example,

if you will be placing nails at 16 inches on center, then you

place a nail in the center of the piece of material being nailed,

and then 16 inches apart on either side until you reach the

edge of the piece of material. To make these measurements

ahead of time, mark them with the carpenter's pencil.

Fourthly, connect the nail drill to the air compressor with an air

hose. The air compressor should be turned to the MAP

(maximum allowable pressure) setting, usually 120 lbs. Find the

MAP for your specific nail drill in the instruction manual.

Fifthly, place the nail drill over the mark you made on the

wood. Wear your safety goggles and have a firm grip on the

materials you are nailing. It may help to work with a partner.

Sixthly, release the safety mechanism. Do this carefully. You

should again refer to the instructions to determine exactly how

to do this on your particular model. Never release this

mechanism until you are prepared to nail.

Seventhly, pull the trigger on the nail drill to release the nail.

Continue to follow this step over every mark you made on the

piece being joined.
