Seminar Content 1. Corporate culture in a company as social and
cultural system. Particularities of human behavior. Relationship of an individual and a group. Social program of a company.
2. Group and teams - their functioning, organization theory, importance of motivation of work force, the proportion of managers in creating corporate culture.
3. Management processes and the formation of social positions, with emphasis on communication with workers
Seminar Content 4. Organization structure - types of structures,
the choice of type, organizational power, politics and conflict
5. The relationship of corporate culture and communication within a company, specifics of multinational companies and the issue of multicultural influences
6. Fundamentals of social research in a company, possible methodology, implementation social audit. Corporate identity manual.
Method of AssessmentThe course is completed by credit. The basis for fulfillment is attendance at the consultations (75 %) seminar work of applied corporate
culture within a company, part of which you would like to be, and examples of corporate social responsibility in the range of 5-7 pages of text.
