N_SIGHT™ R450™, for use with Neptune’s R450™ radio frequency meter interface unit, was specifically designed and enhanced to optimize the strengths of a utility’s entire system. A utility user can access system health at a glance and geographically view the location of endpoints, gather and deliver detailed consumption information for better customer service, and enhance revenue while recapturing lost water. Neptune’s software packages help utilities adapt to changing conditions – giving them the option to add functionality while preserving infrastructure assets they already have in the field.

Customizable DashboardThe customizable dashboard gives quick access to mission-critical system status and performance information. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as major reverse flow events, continuous leaks, collector status, and system statistics can be configured on the dashboard for presentation each time a specific user logs into the software application.

Gis Mapping interfaceNeptune’s R450 software application provides a GIS mapping interface that assists with viewing leaks, reverse flow, and other system conditions on maps of a utility’s entire service area. Built on Esri®’s ArcGIS platform, it allows utilities to utilize their existing maps through the ArcGIS server, or the option to subscribe to ArcGIS Online if they currently do not have an Esri GIS solution implemented.

time-synchronized Midnight Meter readsN_SIGHT R450 software synchronizes meter readings at midnight and provides these meter readings for billing, off-cycle reads, and mass balancing of production water versus revenue water. For the first time, utilities have a system-wide tool to identify and manage Non-Revenue Water.

n_siGHt™ r450™ software provides graphical information for monthly, daily, and hourly consumption. these graphs are equipped with a cursor hover control that shows the date and consumption value for the selected bar on the graph.

Customer usage Profile DataCustomer usage can be monitored in monthly, daily, or, hourly intervals. On-screen graphs display the usage profiles for quick and

easy interpretation in managing high water bill complaints and

supporting conservation initiatives. With built-in email functionality, N_SIGHT

R450 software allows customer service personnel to quickly provide customers

with consumption graphs to explain unusual water usage patterns.

Powerful search engineThe powerful search engine allows users to search for account(s) by utilizing a wide array of selection criteria. The search engine makes creating customizable groups and the setting up of large numbers of accounts much easier.
