2. ALL MATERIALS FURNISHED UNDER THESE DRAWINGS

SHALL BE NEW UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

3. ALL WORK SHALL BE GUARANTEED AGAINST

DEFECTIVE MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A

PERIOD OF ONE YEAR AFTER COMPLETION AND

ACCEPTANCE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REPAIR OR

REPLACE, AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE, ANY DEFECTS IN

MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP WITHIN SAID PERIOD OF

TIME.

4. THE CONTRACTOR AND SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BE

RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ANY EXISTING

CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO THE JOB SITE.

5. THE GENERAL CONTRACT AND SUB-CONTRACTORS

ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CITY

INSPECTIONS.
