Annual Student Information Update This year, we will be using Skyward Family Access to verify and update student information,

such as phone numbers and emergency contacts. Please log into Family Access and follow the di-rections there. If you do not know your account information, go to the Family Access logon screen on the Dieringer website and enter the email address on file with us. Account information will be emailed to you. Please complete this verification process for each of your Dieringer students as soon as possible.

Late Fall Sports:

Late Fall Sports season begins on Monday, November 6th. 7th and 8th grade stu-dents may participate in Girls’ Soccer, Gymnastics (through Mt. Baker) and Boys’ Basketball. 6th Grade students may participate in Gymnastics (through Mt. Baker). Practice will be Mon-Thurs from 2:20 until 4:00 pm, unless noted otherwise by the coach. The activity bus runs on Wednes-days and Thursdays. Game schedules will be available the second or third week of practice. Check with Mrs. Davis to ensure your pa-perwork is up-to-date.

Use Schoology to View Your Child’s Classes

To view your child's activity in his or her classes, you can log in to Schoology at https://app.schoology.com/login to create a Schoology parent account. When you create a parent ac-count, you’ll need a parent access code, which you can get by emailing your child's name to the Technology Integration Coach, Mr. Baker. [email protected]. If you want to down-load the Schoology mobile app, you can do that after your account is created.

Yearbooks Deadline

We have a fantastic school year ahead of us. As we anticipate the memories, friendships and special events ahead, we’re also looking forward to one of our favorite traditions—the yearbook. Reserve your copy now! There may be a few overrun copies available in June, but that varies from year to year. Don’t miss out; $30.00 en-sures that a copy will be reserved. Payments can be made in the office (along with the yearbook signing agreement). Monday, Octo-ber 31st is the deadline.

Have an appointment?

Just a reminder, if your student is late due to a doctor, dentist, or other appointment; please bring a note from their office into our office to excuse your student. A student tardy without a note will go in as an unex-cused absence.

Consent & Waiver Forms

If you do not want your student information released or used in our publications or on our website, you may fill out a Consent and Waiver form and return it to the school office. The forms can be found on the District Website, For Fami-lies, Forms and Publications.

Ski School Registration Information

There will be no packets this year to pick up in the school office. Parents need to go the web site and register on line. Emergency forms need to be printed out from the web site, completed, and turned into the school office.
