Mysore Yogic Science Trust is non-profit

organization, formed by a group of dedicated,

highly experienced, committed professionals, in

the field of Yoga and wellness. It has conducted

several Seminars, Workshops, conferences and

Yogic promotion events with a view to enhance the

image of Yoga and create health awareness

through yoga.

Skyway Tourism Educational Trust is also a non-

profit making organization, formed by tourism

professional mainly engaged in spreading tourism

education and thereby promote tourism activities

in Karnataka Region in particular and India in

general.

Now these two non-governmental organizations

have come together to give a unique experience to

participants through Yoga and Tourism by

organizing a four days international festival namely

“Mysore Yoga Festival - 2016” followed by optional

tours with Yoga teacher starting from 7, 9, 10 to 14

days.

Mysore is the deemed Yoga Capital of India and the

Globe. A large number of Yogic schools and

research centers are in Mysore, thanks to eminent

Yoga teachers like, Sri B.K.S. Iyengar and Sri Pattabi

Jois who spent a major part of their life for

spreading Yogic science, which has led Mysore to

be the Yoga capital. Currently more than 200 Yogic

schools have been teaching / practicing yoga to

Indian and foreign students on daily basis in st

Mysore. After the United Nation declared June 21

as the International Yoga Day, there is more

awareness about the importance of Yoga in

different countries. It is the only wellness

program practiced since centuries, particularly

in India without medicine and its side effect.

Yoga does not confine to physical exercises but it

covers spiritualism and overall health and

wellness of humanity.

In order to provide a platform for the researchers

of Yoga in a scientific way, we have planned a four st thdays international conference from 21 to 24

September 2016 at Mysore at Senate Bhavana,

University of Mysore. The following are the

subjects to be deliberated in the conference.

1. Yoga and Spiritualism.2. Yoga and Physical Health.3. Yoga and Mental Health.4. Yoga and Social health.5. Yoga and Ayurveda.

We will be inviting highly knowledgeable and

eminent speakers of repute in Yoga and

Spiritualism world to address the delegates and

Cancellation policy

Prior to commencement of tour and counted from a working day.

1. 45 to 30 days prior to commencement of tour, cancellation fee, 10 percent.

2. 29 to 15 days prior to commencement of tour, cancellation fee, 50 percent.

3. No refund for cancellation with less than 15 days

It is agreed that Mysore Yoga Festival Committee, nor any of its officers, directors, members of employees shall have any liability of responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or loss suffered by a delegate or any of his/her family members or other persons participating in the MYSORE YOGA FESTIVAL 2016 and Tour. In the event of, or likelihood of, any circumstance which may create an extraordinary risk of injury or damage, the Festival committee and Tour Operator have the right in their sole discretion, to determine the course of action to be followed in respect to the events during the Festival and Tours 2016.

In the event that MYSORE YOGA FESTIVAL 2016 and Agent cancels or limits the tour program for reasons of safety, neither of its officials and Agent nor any of its officers, directors members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility in connection with such cancellation or limitation and their failure to perform any further obligations shall not constitute a breach of contract on the part of Festival committee or Agent to hold such program.

This Tour Reservation Form when signed by the MYSORE YOGA FESTIVAL 2016 delegate shall serve as an agreement between Festival Committee and Tour Agent and the delegate shall indicate that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood.

Tour Agent shall decide the modalities of cancellations, refund and follow the procedure and their decision shall be final and dispute if any will be in the Jurisdiction of Mysore, India.
