MyLab & Mastering Student Registration Instructions

 

   

To register for MCB 246 Human Anatomy and Physiology II - SP17 UIUC:  

1. Go to pearsonmylabandmastering.com. You should see the following page:

 

2. For those of you who already have a Pearson account follow steps 3 through 7. For those of you who do not have a Pearson account follow steps 8 through 14. 3. For those who already have a Pearson MyLab/Mastering account.

From the main homepage shown above click the Sign in button. click the Sign in button. On the subsequent page, you will need to enter your Pearson username and password. From your main homepage (see below) click the Enroll in a Course button.

4. On the following page enter the MCB 246 course Id swigart87105 and click Continue.

5. On the following page you will be presented with a series of options for

payment/access.

If you have already purchased an access code along with the course textbook or separately, enter it here under the Use an Access Code section. IMPORTANT: For those of you who purchased a Mastering access code in Fall 2016 for either MCB 244 or MCB 245, you do not need a separate access code to register for MCB 246 or 247 this semester. The access code used last semester can also be used to register for BOTH MCB 246 and MCB 247. If you have never previously purchased an access code you can do so at this time under the Use a Credit Card or Paypal section. You have the option of either purchasing the access code alone or an access code along with access to the e-text version of the textbook.

 

6. Once you’ve completed your purchase, click Go To Your Course on the Confirmation page. Under MyLab & Mastering New Design on the left, click MCB 246 Human Anatomy and Physiology II - SP17 UIUC to access our course site and start your work.

7. Once you are done accessing our course site, you can log out by clicking the Sign Out

button in the top right corner of the webpage.

If you do not currently have a Pearson account skip follow steps 8 through 14 to create an account and register for our course site.

 

8. From the homepage click the Get Registered button under the Students section. 9. On the subsequent page asking ‘Do you have these 3 things?’ click OK! Register now > and enter our course id swigart87105 and click Continue.

10. On the subsequent page you will need to create a Pearson account under the Create A

Pearson Account section. IMPORTANT: When you create your new Pearson account you should use your U of I email as your username (netID@illinois.edu where ‘netID’ is your unique netID). Write down your new Pearson username and password and keep track of them. This is how you will access our course site in Mastering.

11. Once you have your Pearson account you will need to select an option to access our course

site.

12. If you have already purchased an access code along with the course textbook or separately, enter it here under the ‘Use an Access Code’ section. If you have never previously purchased an access code you can do so at this time under the Use a Credit Card or Paypal section. You have the option of either purchasing the access code alone or an access code along with access to the e-text version of the textbook.

 

13. Once you’ve completed your purchase, click Go To Your Course on the Confirmation page. Under MyLab & Mastering New Design on the left, click MCB 246 Human Anatomy and Physiology II - SP17 UIUC to access our course site and start your work.

14. Once you are done accessing our course site, you can log out by clicking the Sign Out

button in the top right corner of the webpage.  

To sign in at a later time:  

1. Go to pearsonmylabandmastering.com.  

2. Click Sign in.  

3. Enter your Pearson account username and password. Click Sign in.  

4. Under MyLab & Mastering New Design on the left, click MCB 246 Human Anatomy and Physiology II - SP17 UIUC to start your work.
