POOL NOTESFor the safety of participants and staff and to adhere to social distancing guidelines, Group Family Lessons, Preschool Stages 1-4, and School Age Stages 1, 2 and 3 will all require a parent, guardian, or older sibling (over age 16) to attend and enter the water to aid in instruction during all class sessions. Instructors will teach on deck as well as from in the water to demonstrate and explain skills. • Due to limited deck space, we ask that spectators

be limited to one per swimmer, as all will need to maintain social distancing while not impeding the lifeguard’s ability to make a rescue.

• Participants are encouraged to arrive in their swim wear. The deck shower is available for use as showers are required before entering the water.

• Immediately following the conclusion of lessons all participants and spectators will be asked to quickly leave the area to allow for sanitation of equipment and high touch points before the next class begins.

• Note that classes may be canceled or combined due to lack of enrollment.

• The pools will be closed in the event of severe weather, or if there is thunder and lightning in the area. In the event of severe weather, swim lessons will be moved to other areas of the building to participate in water safety and rescue discussion.
