Thomas Jefferson was from Albemarle, Virginia.

He got his inspiration from George Mason.

He wrote the Declaration of Independence, founded the University of Virginia, and became president.

Page 3: My Pursuit of Happiness

Thomas Jefferson wrote these words on the Declaration of Independence which were derived from John Locke’s ideas.

It means that no one can take your happiness away from you.

I like this school a lot because of the shortened schedule.

The nice teachers. The small

environment. And the fact that the

teachers have little number of students that they can actually take the time to help students one on one.

A positive trait about me is I listen to others and help them out with anything I can.

I also like donating to charity unused things.

But most of all I like to bake.

Equality is very important in the U.S.

Freedom (which we already have)

Also I would remodel the white house.

To me my most important individual right is amendment #1; Religion and Expression.

Because its another way to show that the U.S is a free country and everyone has the right to practice whatever religion they want.

Citizens are to obey all government laws that do not conflict with God’s laws.

To be continually educated so that we are not continually deceived or controlled by the government.

Refuse to pay money to the government in “taxes” that will be used to support anything but the government, because this amounts to an abuse of the tax system.

Citizens can try to be more patient.

Not cause as much problems.

Not use violence as the first resort.

In five years I see myself as a graduate from Western Career College with a degree as a dental hygienist.

I have already began to look at this college and I will be working part time and being a student the other half of my time.
