My New (Empty)Townhome

Here are some pictures of my new townhome. I took some before shots so you can see what the place looks like. After I finish furnishing each

room, I’ll more pictures.

So, here’s a tour of my new townhome.

Page 2: My New (Empty)Townhome

My front door…it’s a pretty color,

not too plain.

Page 3: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s what the front of the place looks like

when you walk up the sidewalk to my door.

Page 4: My New (Empty)Townhome

Closer look at the first floor.

Page 5: My New (Empty)Townhome

Closer look at the 2nd floor – the balcony doors leads to the Master Bedroom.

Page 6: My New (Empty)Townhome

This is the inside of the front door. It

has this nice archway when you

walk in.

Page 7: My New (Empty)Townhome

This is the living room, the window faces the front walkway, and it’s the point of view from standing in the dining room.

Page 8: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the opposite side of the window. There’s a gas fireplace and a small cubby hole for the “media” center. Like

I have a media center.

Page 9: My New (Empty)Townhome

So, now I am in the dining room looking at the kitchen. That door in the back is the garage. The door to the left is a coat closet.

Page 10: My New (Empty)Townhome

A closer view of the kitchen. All the appliances are stainless steel and the counter tops are granite.

Page 11: My New (Empty)Townhome

This is looking towards the garage door. Behind the door is the half bathroom.

Page 12: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the half bathroom, so one can use the toilet without having to

go upstairs. Always a nice

feature when you have two stories.

Page 13: My New (Empty)Townhome

So, that’s downstairs. Here are the stairs

leading up. There’s a landing and kind of long because of the

high ceilings.

Page 14: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s a view from the landing on the staircase.

Page 15: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s a view of the landing from the second floor.

Page 16: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s a view looking straight down the

stairs. Can you see all the people walking

up and down the stairs?

Page 17: My New (Empty)Townhome

At the top of the stairs, if you turn right, then you

are heading to the Master Bedroom, which is at the

front of the house.

Page 18: My New (Empty)Townhome

The view from the Master Bedroom door.

Page 19: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s a view of the other side of

the Master Bedroom. It’s kind

of deceptive because the room

is pretty big. Definitely will fit a

king size bed, 2 nightstands, a

dresser, and chest of drawers. Plus, a

chair, TV and DVD player.

Page 20: My New (Empty)Townhome

This is the pretty view of the townhome across the walk from me. Let me tell you, my shades are going be drawn more often than not.

Page 21: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the entrance to the Master Bath. There are double

sinks and the floor is tiled.

Page 22: My New (Empty)Townhome

Look, me taking a picture of the Master Bath sinks.

Page 23: My New (Empty)Townhome

So, walking in if you look to the right, there is the oval garden tub.

Nice and big to laze around and soak in.

Page 24: My New (Empty)Townhome

To the left of the sinks is the shower.

Nice size.

Page 25: My New (Empty)Townhome

So, all this is kind of the length of the

Master Bedroom and hallway, so after the shower, there’s the toilet, and straight

ahead is the walk-in closet.

Page 26: My New (Empty)Townhome

Toilet, nothing too exciting. It works,

which is a very good thing.

Page 27: My New (Empty)Townhome

Walk-in closet. Kind of deceptive again, it’s a very decent

size.

Page 28: My New (Empty)Townhome

From the Master Bedroom, this is the hallway to the other bedrooms you see at the end of the hall.

It’s nice that it’s the farthest away, so

there’s lots of privacy.

Page 29: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the guest bathroom. At the top of the stairs,

you take a left and the bathroom is the 1st door on the left.(Maybe some will remember these

directions when you finally come over and don’t have to

ask!) ha ha ha

Page 30: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the laundry room. The way it is now the dryer door hits the laundry room

door. A friend fixed it where her just

moved the dryer slightly

out.

Page 31: My New (Empty)Townhome

From the hallway, the two

bedrooms are like mirror

images. The only difference between the two are the closets.

One has a regular closet (2nd

bedroom) and the other has the walk in closet

(office)

Page 32: My New (Empty)Townhome

Second bedroom. Will need to fit the double bed, two nightstands,

the dresser (in the closet) and TV, on top

of the dresser in the closet. Hopefully, it fits, and the TV from

the UK works.

Page 33: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the closet. I don’t have

measurements, but I hope the dresser fits nicely in one half of the closet. Or I will need to go to Plan B.

Page 34: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the view from the 2nd bedroom…do you see the mountain in the background? Go to the next slide…

Page 35: My New (Empty)Townhome

Do you see the face? Rumor has it that if you have this view, it’s good luck…will take whatever I can.

Page 36: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the third bedroom or my office. I hope to fit in here, my

UK couch, desk, chair, and TV.

Page 37: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the walk in

closet, I will try to make

this my library.

Page 38: My New (Empty)Townhome

Here’s the view from the office.

Page 39: My New (Empty)Townhome

So, that’s the tour of my new townhome. It’s empty for now, but I will be filling it very soon.

Some of you may be coming over, some not…oh well.

Hope you like it, I will surely try to make it my own and I’ll try not to be shell-shocked of how much money I will be

spending.

Oh well.
