My Metaphor

Metaphor: A metaphor is a word or phrase used to make a

comparison between two things. Usually

uses the words, is, are, was, or were. One

example is, my life is a movie.

My Personal Metaphor

I chose the anchor because I anchor myself to something which keeps me from doing what I think I should

be able to do.

The Experiment

One word from my word cloud that describes me

the best.

Wild, because I go out on limbs and take chances. I don’t care what other people think or say. I am happy with who I am.

My Learning Metaphor

My learning metaphor is a rainbow swirl! I learn best by using my hands, and generating bursts of creativity, and sometimes

being a little argumentative.

I am in gifted and talented art class. I give up some of my daily classes to do art, I love being in it with my friends. I will go through life doing art this is an example of my learning metaphor.

I have learned that if you put your heart into something you will almost always succeed, I learned how to make a word cloud, and more about metaphors
