İstanbul is very important place in the world. The city population is estimated 12 to 15 millions. The city has a lots of historical mosque , church and museums of Turkey.
THE TAKSIM SQUARE
The large square at the end of the Istıklal street is the Taksim square, which is one of the most active centers of İstanbul . The square is the
most important for Istanbul. There are a lot of different countries people. There are a lot of big department store this place is really beautiful.
THE GALATA TOWERThis tower at the slopes of Galata is visible every where in the city, and is 61 m tall.
One day,an scientist named Hezarfen Ahmet Çelebi jumped down the tower and flew to the opposite side of the Bosphorus strait by using the wings which he had invented.
Topkapı PalaceThe Topkapı Palace is a palace in Istanbul , Turkey. It was built in 1465. The
palace was the administrative center of the Ottoman Empire. It was turned into a museum at the request of Turkey's first President, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in 1924. The palace has an very good view of the Golden Horn, the Bosphorus
and the Sea of Marmara.
