The success of the national team of Russia at the World Championship in Taekwondo.In August 2007 in the city of Birmingham (England) was the IX Championship of the World Taekwon-do ITF. The national team of Russia has won 16 medals. FIFA world Taekwon-do ITF was held among children up to 12-13 years and as well as among veterans . More than 800 athletes who represented 38 countries of the world participated in these competitions .Twenty of the best sportsmen of the country were represented by the team of Russia, among them four current World Champions.Our team has won sixteen prizes at this competition. Eight of them were gold.
