Process: Phase A:

Under stirring, add Prodhygel® CG to the water, heating gently (up to 40°C) to facilitate dispersion. Once gel is homogeneous, disperse Prodhygel® XT in glycerin and add it to the mixture. Stir until a homogeneous gel is obtained.

Add Tinosorb M and mix until homogeneous.

Pre-mix the 4 pigmentary dispersions and add to Phase A while stirring, then heat to 75°C.

Phase B: Heat all ingredients of Phase B at 75°C. Emulsion:

At 75°C and under stirring, add slowly Phase B to Phase A. Homogenize for 10min and cool down to 35°C.

While stirring, add Phase C. Then add Phase D ingredients one by one.

Adjust pH to 5.0-6.0 with phase E, then homogenize for 5min.
