Age of Stock

• The area has a wide age range of properties ranging from early 1900’s to present day.

• Varying types of properties in my area though mainly 2 & 3 bedroom properties.

• 1990’s over 55’s accommodation• Very few bungalows.

to be used within the area to benefit and enhance the local area and residents.

• Working with income recovery• Referring residents to Welfare Benefits Officer• Refer and sign post residents to other partner

agencies.• CAB, Housing Benefit, Income Officer offering

guidance.

• Continuing to work closely with residents and get fresh new ideas to improve their neighbourhood.
