• MWR Fitness provided over 12,510 operating hours per week to accommodate military members and authorized patrons.
• In FY18, MWR conducted 45 Mission Nutrition courses for 533 participants - CNIC HQ Dietitian provided nutrition GMTs to 210 Sailors at NSA Panama
City and Office of Naval Intelligence - CNIC HQ Dietitian conducted 28 individual one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions
• FY18, Navy MWR delivered; 2,975 NOFFS Small Group Exercise sessions to 17,866 patrons - 1,039 NOFFS Personal/Couple training sessions to 2,405
patrons - 1,250 NOFFS Command PT/FEP sessions delivered to 11,772 AD participants - In FY18, 91 individuals (Active Duty (56) and MWR Fitness
Professionals) attended a 5-day NOFFS Operational certification course.
• In FY18, the aquatics program had 20,557 program activity participants
• Navy MWR sports program operated 405 Athletic facilities/spaces

In FY18, All-Navy Sports received and process 321 applications for 18
sports.

All-Navy Sports allows Sailors who possess the athletic skills to compete above the intramural level, in team or individual sports, a
chance to represent the Navy at higher-level athletic competitions.
Navy teams participate in the Department of Defense's Sports program and compete in the Armed Forces Championships against
teams from the Marine Corps, Army and Air Force. The program, which was established in 1975, started with a meager calendar of
just three sports and today, there are 18 team sports that are open to both men and women
