MVT Back Office Access

Select the Back Office Option from the Login Drop Down Menu

• Enter your User ID & Password• Click on Login

You are now on the Back Office Page

Most Often Used Details Options Related To “Depository” Account

Go to “Depository” and select the year and press “Go”.

DP Details

You can check

• Basic account details like Bank linked, Mobile no. Email address in

Customer profile

• Holdings details

• Holding Valuation details

• Transactions for specified period.

• Account Statement

• Bills details

Most Often Used Details Options Related To “Trading” Account

Go to “Back Office LD” and select the year and press “Go”.

Trading Account Details

Select Back Office after logging, then Backoffice LD along with Corresponding segment & year.

Here you can check :

•Transaction details• Ledger• Holdings• Transaction P / L• Net Position• Contract notes

Check your trading A/C details.

To check Holdings in Pool• Select Share I/O then Beneficiary balance & refresh the page

To check ledger balance•Select Financial Statement then normal or margin A/c & refresh the page

To check Transactions & P/L• Select Global Report –I then transaction Profit-loss & refresh the page.

To check Contract note•Select Digital Contract note & refresh the page

Technical Trouble shooting

1. Use Internet Explorer as Brower to check details

1. Few setting required on your system:

• Delete Temporary Files

• Delete Tool Bar

• Turn Off POP UP Blocker

• Compatibility view setting.

To Delete tool Bars like Google Tool Bar (as shown in the below picture), or Yahoo Tool Bar etc

4. Pop-up Blocker: There are three ways wherein we can turn Off Pop-up Blocker as mentioned below:

Open Internet Explorer go to Tool menu option and Turn off Pop-up Blocker (Pop up option should be like as mentioned in the below picture).

NOTE:

• On our website, different windows open as Pop-Up therefore it is advised to turn off Pop Up Blocker to avoid inconvenience

• Use Internet Explorer as brower to check details
