As chairs of Showcase 2012 we are thrilled to welcome you to the 24th Annual MVS Auction. This event is one of the premier auctions in the Dayton area. Highlighted this year will be the MVS department of fine arts, ‘Showcased’ tonight by our school’s talented visual, performing and musical departments. Through the years we have all been moved by inspiring musical and theatrical productions and incredible visual art that our children have produced. We are so fortunate that our children have such a unique artistic environment in which to explore their creativity. Most important, they do so under the care of teachers whose have transformed the lives of countless painters, potters, dancers, actors, and musicians! Showcase is a pivotal source of revenue that is critical to meet the school’s mission in every aspect of school life. The funds that we generate tonight will directly impact every student, programs, and member of the faculty and staff. Let’s try and surpass last year’s goals and make this year a record breaking fundraiser! Planning such an event is a year-long commitment from a group of very energetic and creative volunteers without whom this event could never happen. We are forever grateful to all the auction committee members and the MVS development staff for their tireless efforts in making this night a huge success. We would especially like to express our gratitude to our title presenter, Morris Home Furnishings. In addition, thank you to our many table sponsors and donors. Without your generosity this event would not be possible! Please browse our beautiful Showcase of talent tonight and be part of our common goal to support and enhance the finest school in the region!

Warm Regards,

Forever changed, Carrie’s life did not stay picture perfect. Fisher is the life of the party in this uproarious and sobering look at her Hollywood hangover. A colorful evening of what Fisher calls “talking about myself behind my back,” Wishful Drinking is a breezy combination of one-liners and behind-the-Hollywood-scenes-gossip, all relayed with Fisher’s withering, dry humor.
