ClaytON VIew ReadINg PROgRaM: If ou cn r, ou cn hp
We are working in partnership with Clayton View Primary School to assist children in improving
their literacy. Each week on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays around a dozen volunteers
spend half an hour with students building up their reading skills. From 8.15am-8.45am,
volunteers sit with one or two students and hear them read. The results have been excellent!
If you are able to give one, two or three mornings per week, please contact Sue Young on 9299
7354 or the parish oce.
