My idea for the music video is that the artist falls asleep and enters a dream (misty effect to make sure the audience know it’s a dream also a mid shot of him looking around realizing he’s dreaming and he’s in a forest.)

His girlfriend has just broken up with him (black and white effect to show depression) , he begins singing the song (close up to show his emotions),

The animals meanwhile see that this man is sad (close up of the animals (who are the same actor) to show how they’re feeling) and decide to cheer him up. They appear throughout the video holding up signs with the lyrics on and attempt to cheer him up by hugging him ( close up again of the animals and their expressions but also close up of the artist)
