This shot is typical of the dance genre.We would be able to re-create this shot using a torch to replicate the way the lighting is in the shot and using people from colleges’ hands.It is a quite appealing shot. This is because of the clever use of lighting and the party atmosphere that it gives off.

The genre Reggae is a typical Jamaican style music normally associated with the Jamaican flag colours. We screenshot this as he looks chilled which portrays the music as the music is upbeat but yet has a strong slow beat.

This is RnB quite an unconventional video because Rihanna is portrayed as a glamorous celebrity and the video is disturbing which links to the title of the music video. We picked this snapshot because RnB music is turning more grunge which is why we snapped the shot with her trapped behind bars.

Indie

This is indie because it’s very peaceful as two children are sitting quietly on the top of the climbing frame away from everyone else this is why we chose this frame. The music also links to the shot because it links with the portraying of the Indie genre as it is peaceful and romantic and relaxing.
