MUSIC EDUCATION IN THE SYLLABUS (CURRICULUM)

• In our institution from the first grade of primary school ,music lessons leads a teacher with music education.

• Students in the classroom have contact with ,, active'' music /e. g. accompaniment such as guitar, violin, piano - to the songs/ thanks to this activities students sing with pleasure on the obligatory classes and take part in outclasses art lessons.

• Musical education in our school is also the integration between the subjects.

• Thanks to this integration such subjects as the first language (Polish), history, art and religion becomes more attractive to students.

• Music education in our school plays an important role in children’s general development• Music education developments musical talents, abilities of creative thinking, sensitivity to the

beauty of music. Help to understand the musical language. Properly preparing for music perception.

Music Education: The student ended the class III:

1) ) for the reception of music:• a) knows and applies the following types of musical activity:

- sings by ear songs in a team (not less than 10 tracks in the school year), sings the national anthem from memory,

• - playing percussion and melodic instruments, - realizes the rhythmic syllables, gestures and movement simple rhythms and rhythmic patterns, reacts the movement to the pulse of the rhythmic and its changes, changes of the tempo, meter and dynamics (marches, runs, jumps),

• - dances basic steps and figures of Krakowiak, Polka and other simple folk dance.

• b) distinguishes between the basic elements of music (melody, rhythm, pitch, accompaniment, tempo, dynamics) and signs of music notation (physically expresses the duration of rhythmic values, notes and rests),

• c) actively listens to music and determines its characteristics: distinguish and express the emotional character of music, recognizes the pieces: made solo and collectively, choir and orchestra; versed in the types of human voices (soprano, bass) and in the music instruments (piano, guitar, violin, trumpet, flute, percussion); recognizes the basic musical forms - AB, ABA (and indicated by motion or gesture of another part).

• 2 ) the creation of music:a) creates simple audio illustrations to the text and pictures and improvisation movement to music,b) improvises the voice and on the instruments according to established rules,c) perform simple tracks , interprets them according to the type and function.

Music education. The student ended the class VI:

• I. Receipt of expression and use the information. The student learns the basic concepts and terms of music, understands the

meaning and uses in performing and listening to music, making conversations about music and looking for information about music.

• II. Creation of expression.The student creates an expressions- perform songs and dances, improvises and composes simple sound structures and dance routine, shows the characteristics and nature of listened and performed songs with words or other means of expression.

• III. Analysis and interpretation of cultural texts.The student interprets the performed composition in accordance with the text, character and function. Listens to music, recognizes, distinguishes and discusses the features of music, and submit his/her own attitude to the performed repertoire.
