TABLE OF CONTENTS

The purpose of this manual is to guide users on how to quickly and easily navigate the

MUSA Auto Finance Dealer Portal. The benefit of learning this information is to enhance

the user experience and simplify the portal experience.

INTRODUCTION

To login to the dealer portal

visit musaautofinance.com

and hover over the “Dealers”

tab and then click on “Dealer

Portal” in the dropdown

navigation.

ACCESSING THE PORTAL

Once on the “Dealer

Portal” tab, scroll down

to and click on the

“Dealer Portal Login”

button to be directed

to the dealer portal

login page.

Input the email and

password we sent

in your welcome

email and select

“Login.”

Tip:Bookmark the page

and check the “Remember Me” box to easily access the portal in the future.

Click on the “Calculator” tab

to quote a range of

payments for a customer in

your dealership or a

customer you might have on

the phone!

Input all required information

and select “Estimate

Payment” to calculate.

PAYMENT CALCULATOR TOOL

The next view is an

automatically populated

list of 24-60 month

range of base and total

payments along with

the residual and

monthly use tax.

See Program

Parameters for book

value and tier specifics.

Printing the estimate is

also available if you’d

like to show your

customer payment

options.

Select “Residual” and input all

required information.

Select “Calculate Residual Value”

to automatically populate how

much the car

will be worth at the end of your

lease.

RESIDUAL TOOL

Next, is an automatically

populated list of

residual values in a

range from 24 to 60

months.

The Hot Sheet is a list of cars that

do well in our program.

Click on “Hot Sheet” and select

either “36 month lease” or “60

month lease” to view recent

vehicle payment comparisons for

lease vs. retail payments.

These are great cars to buy and

keep on your lots and we’ll help

you earn more money on them.

THE HOT SHEET

The Hot Sheet is

updated every 30 days

with new cars

and lower monthly

payments!!!

With these payment

differences, why

wouldn’t you lease to

your customer? And

you’ll get them back in

after 3 years for another

lease.

It’s a WIN-WIN!!

Select “Applications” to view the

applications dashboard.

From the application dashboard,

you can start

a new application or view

existing applications.

APPLICATIONS OVERVIEW

Sort using the section

header or search using

open field input section.

View an existing

application by selecting

the “eye” icon.

Review basic

application, notes, or

decisions. Update an

application, make

updates, add notes, or

view the contract.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION

To start, select from three

different types of

applications.

• Individual credit

application

• Joint credit application

• Business application with

co-applicant

Input the required loan

information, which

includes vehicle, trade

and applicant

information.

For this example,

we used the Individual

Application.

Once all required

information and

any notes for the

underwriter have been

completed, select to

save application as a

draft or submit new

application.

Tip: Once the app has been submitted,

return to the application page to get an decision in 10

seconds or less.

“Recommended

Review” decision means

the application is still

being reviewed.

If an “Auto Declined” or

“Declined” decision has

been reached. Feel free

to call the underwriter

to discuss the

application.

Call your Underwriter on all approvals to re-hash. Everything is negotiable with us!

You also have the

option to update the

application (via the

“eye” icon) and resend it

for approval.

No look to book so you

can re-submit as many

times as you need.

If “Auto Approved or

Approved,” use the

“eye” icon to view a

draft of the contract

and you can also the

lock the contract. You

can even add your own

backend products to

the contract.

Important: The application is

NOT complete until you lock the

contract.

To lock the contract,

review the structure

information for accuracy

and add on additional

backend products.*

*You can add up to five

backend products of your

choice and we also give

you the ability to sell

your own GAP so you can

make more gross on the

back end.

Once all the information

has been input, select

“Lock Contract” to finalize

the contract.

Please Note: Dealer is

responsible to verify correct

taxes and all backend products

must be approved adds from

approved vendors. MUSA will

not fund this lease contract

without a complete funding

package, a lease contract that

complies with all MUSA

policies, and final approval by

our verifications department.

Once locked, you may

“Change Contract” if

needed and print your

application via the

“View Contract”

button as well as

download the rest of

the required documents

needed to complete the

lease agreement.

Important:

The contract MUST be

printed on legal size

8.5 x 14 paper and

mailed in a flat folder.

Other documents may

be printed on standard

8.5 x 11 paper.

Don’t forget to also

select “Unread Notes”

to see messages from

underwriting or contract

issues.

This is a great and easy

way to communicate

with our Underwriters

or Funders.

Generic Documents, State

Documents and State Title

Applications are all available

in the “Documents” section

of the portal.

We will eventually have

samples of all 48 title apps

for each state. Check out a

Please note “State Title

Application” for

clarification:

“MUSA Auto Leasing” is

listed as the Owner of

the vehicle. The Lessee

is listed as Co-Owner on

the second line.

For the address, you

must use our Dallas, TX

address.

“MUSA Auto Finance” is

listed as the

“Lienholder.”

Please note that we have

two different addresses.

MUSA Auto Finance is the

Lienholder and please use

our Jacksonville address

so the title work is

processed accurately.

You can also “Change

Password” or “Logout”

by clicking on your email.
