weekly or monthly rentals all year round. The estate features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths on a lush landscaped private

beachfront lot directly overlooking the blue ocean and accommodates up to 12 guests.

Pool and Spa

Kidney shaped pool with built in spa offers panoramic ocean views. Conveniently located next to the BBQ area. Lush

tropical landscaping, poolside lounge chairs and tables, and BBQ Grill.



Living Room – Main Floor

Leather sofa, loveseat and chair with marble topped oval coffee table. In one corner of the room is a Tommy Bahama

style desk with computer and printer. Also, in this corner is the entertainment center closet with speaker selection for

music inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs; as well as WiFi. In the opposite corner there is a globe shaped bar.

Across the room is a stone fireplace adorned with candles and replica of an Old World Galleon ship.



Dining – Main Floor

The Dining are is adjacent to the main living room and kitchen. The dining table offers seating for 8 plus 4 barstools and

the kitchen table offers seating for 4 for a total of 16 seated. The kitchen table may be brought to the dining area.

Additionally, thru the sliding glass balcony doors there is a small table and chairs for two. Enjoy the ocean views while

seated at the dining table.



Kitchen – Main Floor

The oversized kitchen is perfect for a large family. Abundant counter space and kitchen cabinets. Keurig coffee maker.

Pots and pans as well as dishes and silverware included. Optional glass top kitchen table with seating for four. The table

is suited for the kitchen but can also easily fit in the dining area adjacent to the main floor living area. Stainless

appliances: Subzero Refrigerator, Dishwaster, Double Oven with Convection, and Ceramic Cooktop.



Master Bedroom – Main Floor

The master suite features a King-sized bed with Tommy Bahama themed linens. The master is conveniently located on

the main level with two sliding glass doors which lead to the wrap-around balcony with views of the most romantic night

skies. The master bedroom also has a 60" flat-screen TV with U-Verse and remote. The bedroom has two night tables

with bedside lamps as well as an upholstered chair and a ceiling fan. The master bath is ensuite.



Master Bath

Sit back and relax while soaking in the jetted tub and take in the views of the turquoise blue ocean. The master bedroom

has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, glass enclosed stand alone shower and corner Jacuzzi tub with views of the

ocean. Small refrigerator for bottled water is located in the bathroom as well as plush tropical themed bath linens.



Upstairs Living Room

The Upstairs Living Room also known as the TV room which boasts an impressive 80” flatscreen wall mounted TV with U-

verse. The room has an ivory leather U-shaped sofa along with a glass topped brass mermaid statue coffee table and is

centrally located to all upstairs guest rooms. The room has plenty of natural sunlight from the wall of sliding glass doors

leading out to the upstairs balcony. The views from this balcony are breathtaking. There is a wet bar with mini-frig and

sink and counter top along the far wall. Also, an optional folding table can be set up for board games; which are located

in the TV armoire across from the sofa.



King Guest Room - Upstairs

King-sized guest room on second floor – adjacent to guest bath and Twin guest room. Lots of natural sunlight. Closet

with fold-up twin bed and linens. 42” wall mounted TV

Queen Guest Room - Upstairs

Queen guest room with ensuite full bath. 50" flatscreen TV with U-Verse TV. Plenty of closet space. Lots of natural light.

Bathroom has tub with shower. One Queen Bed and One Twin Bed. 2 Beds sleeps 3 guests.



Twin Guest Room - Upstairs

One Full Size Bed (Double), One Twin Bunk, and One Twin Trundle with tropical themed linens. Sliding patio door to

wrap around balcony. Adjacent to upstairs living area, King guest room, and shared guest bath. 3 Beds sleeps 4 guests.

Guest Bath – Upstairs

The upstairs bathroom has a corner jetted tub with shower and double sink vanity. Adjacent to Twin Guest Room, King

Guest Room and Upstairs Living Room.



Game Room – Ground Floor

First floor Game Room with Pool Table, Tabletop Ping Pong, Air Hockey Table, Blackjack Table, Poker Table, Checkers

Table, Soft Drink machine, Board Games, and 70" TV and black leather futon sofas.



Beach Toys and Activities

Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Bikes, Pool Floats or relax in the Tiki-Hut Glider and Beach Chairs. Enjoy fun self-guided eco-tours

from your own kayak. Snorkeling, exploring, fishing, dolphin and bird watching and marine animal exploration from your

kayak. Snorkel in the shallow waters to collect marine animals for examination - but be sure to put the marine animals

back for others to explore.

There are too many amenities to mention, below are photos of a few. Oversized driveway for parking plus overflow for

RV or trailered boat. Bait freezer and separate ice maker for your ice chest. Lights on the entire property, including

lighted pool and pool deck.
