A body is found in the downtown office of Dunder Mifflin Paper inc. Toby, their HR director, has been found murdered, face down on his desk. He worked late last night with two colleagues. He fell out with one of his colleagues two days ago. Toby was known to enjoy drinking after work and was expected to meet another colleague there, but didn’t turn up. No one seems to know who was last to leave and lock up. Apparently everyone arrived at work on time today. Pam: Office administrator, keen to do well and keep people happy. Says she left work early because she wasn’t feeling well. An email sent from her to Toby indicates they had a falling out. Ryan: His colleagues say he has a problem telling the truth. He is a temp. member of staff and works hours which suit him. He has no recollection of leaving work as he spent the night drinking in a bar. Dwight: Loyal to Michael, Dwight has worked at the office for 15 years; 10 of those as Michael’s assistant. He admits he would do anything to keep the office safe and to protect Michael. Michael: Michael was off work all day. He admitted he “hates Toby with a passion.”
