• RCR Industrial Flooring

• RCR develops, manufactures and installs industrial

flooring systems

• The company operates seven production plants and

installs flooring systems through its local

subsidiaries in Europe, Latin America and Africa.

RCR’s blue-chip customer base includes global

leaders operating in diverse industries such as

retail, logistics, manufacturing, automotive and

food, amongst others

• Sites: Spain, United Kingdom, France, Italy, South

Africa, Chile

• RCR was acquired in 2019 from funds advised by

London based Columna Capital LLP in the context of

portfolio management activities

• Perlon

• Perlon is a leading supplier of synthetic filaments

• The group manufactures and distributes, amongst

others, filaments for paper machine clothing,

synthetic brush filaments, abrasive filaments as well

as dental/care filaments

• Sites: Germany, USA, China

• The former Nextrusion GmbH was acquired in 2010

from the Japanese Teijin Ltd. in the context of the

concentration on its core business. The strategic

add-on acquisition of Perlon-Monofil GmbH from

Lanxess AG followed in 2014. The Hahl Group GmbH

was acquired in 2015 from an Austrian financial

investor. In 2016, Serafin acquired a production site

in China

• Exolon Group is a leading manufacturer of extruded

solid- and multiwall sheets

• The group produces and distributes polycarbonate

and polyethylene sheets, which are used in a variety

of industries and applications, such as in the

construction- and lightning industries as well as in

the fields of mechanical engineering and mobility

• Sites: Belgium, Germany, Italy

• Exolon Group was acquired in 2020 from Covestro

AG in the context of the strategic decision to divest

the European polycarbonate sheets business

• WESO Aurorahütte is an iron foundry with focus on

grey cast iron products

• With a production capacity of currently 28k tons the

casting components are distributed to customers in

• WESO was acquired in 2018 from Viessmann Group

in the context of the concentration on its core

business

• Conica develops and manufactures sports and

used in all climate zones around the world

• The innovative product portfolio includes system

solutions for indoor and outdoor athletic tracks,

multifunctional facilities, sports- and multi-purpose

• Conica was acquired in 2013 from BASF SE in the

context of the concentration on its core business.

The strategic add-on acquisition of Playtop

Licensing Ltd. followed in 2013 in the context of a

Beteiligungen GmbH (LBBW) in the context of

• Bama was acquired in 2018 from the US- consumer

goods corporation SC Johnson in the context of the

• Heller Tools is a manufacturer of drilling bits for

professional use

• The company offers drilling solutions for concrete,

masonry, wood and metal and distributes its

products to the specialist trade worldwide

corporate ITW Inc. in the context of the

concentration on its core business. The strategic

add-on acquisition of KEIL Werkzeugfabrik Karl

Eischeid GmbH followed in 2017 in the context of a
