- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter- 1/4 cup shortening- 1 cup light brown sugar- 1 tsp vanilla extract- 2 large eggs- 1 cup + 1/8 cup all purpose flour- 1 tsp baking powder- 1/4 tsp baking soda- 1/2 tsp salt- 1/2 cup milk (add 1 tsp vinegar)
