For permanent residents who want to develop a working plan to address multiple issues. Clients are paired with a Guided Pathways Worker. Together, they will: Identify the clients needs Set short-, mid- and long-term objectives The Guided Pathways Worker will: Follow-up with client to identify areas for additional support Support and follow-up is typically provided for 6 months, but this can be adjusted to suit the clients needs. A free service with voluntary participation, but clients commitment is required. Client may withdraw from the program at any time without penalty. GUIDED PATHWAYS
