3-Post Lifting SystemArticulatedbusesandsemi-trailers require3 liftingunits.Standard installation includes a fixed built-in middle unitandtwomovableunitsinfrontandinbackofthis.Design,mounting,technologyandoperationalcomfortcorrespondwiththe2-postliftingsystem.Thankstoparallellyswitchedliftingunits,a2-postliftingsystemcanbecreatedoutofthe3-postliftingsystemifneeded.

Installation box / Installation frameInstallation is quick and low cost usingMAHA installationboxes.Liningworkisnotneededandseveralboxescanbesetquickly,oneaftertheother.Constructioncostsandmaterialneedsarereducedthanksto the divided design of the installation box requiring lessexcavationandcement.Installationboxesarewater-tightandself-supportingwithallpartsinstalledwithmillimeteraccuracy.
Installation framesareusedwhenextensive liningwork isnotneededand thecylinder forcecanbeabsorbed in theupperrangeofthefoundation.
System ControlTheliftingandloweringmovementsandthetraveldriveoftheunitscanbepreciselyregulatedusingeithertheportablecontrol board or a cableway (optional) with control board.The lifting units can be selected either individually or inunisonviathecentralunitorcontrolboard.

MAHA Double Cylinder - Lifting Unit
StabilityThestabilityofoursystemisalwaysattheforefrontofdevel-opment. A high moment of resistance against bending isachievedwith the use of two lifting cylinders per cylinderunit.Thedoublearrangementwithinacylinderunitmeansthattheliftingsystemisalmosttorsion-free.
Lifting Unit Safety SystemThe stability and special safety systemdefine this doublecylinderunit.Thetwoseparateworkingliftingcylindersareservedby twoseparatedhydraulicsystemsviaacommonhydraulicunit.Eachoftheliftingcylinderscan,byitself,bearthemaximumpermitted load.Shouldoneof thetwo liftingcylinders fail, the intact liftingcylinder isdesignedtocarrytheentireload,ifneedbe.Thesafetysystemfunctionsateveryliftingheight.
