Collagen Protein PancakesEveryday Recipe to Incorporate your Plexus® Supplements

INGREDIENTS: 1 C Oats1 Banana (mashed)2 Eggs½ C Egg Whites4 TSP Baking PowderPinch of saltPinch of cinnamon2 Scoops Plexus Lean™ Vanilla Whey2 Tablespoons Flax Meal2 Scoops Joyōme™ Multi-Action Collagen ComplexOptional Ingredients – blueberries or chocolate chipsOptional Toppings – syrup, nut butter, or dark chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS: Blend all ingredients together in a blender on medium low speed until very well mixed. Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat. Add batter in small circles (about ¼ cup per pancake). Optional: Sprinkle with blueberries or chocolate chips. When the edges start to look dry (2-3 minutes), flip and cook another minute or two on the other side. Top with anything you like!

Makes 6-9 pancakes.

INGREDIENTS: 1½ C Rolled Oats1 C Almond Butter (or nut/non-nut butter of choice)¼ C Honey or Agave Nectar (or sweetener of choice)4 Scoops Joyōme™ Multi-Action Collagen Complex2 Scoops Plexus Lean™ Chocolate Whey or Vanilla WheyOptional mix-in – 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips, unsweetened shredded coconut, or raisins

INSTRUCTIONS: Place oats, almond butter, honey, Joyōme Collagen, Plexus Lean Whey, and optional mix-in in a large bowl and stir to combine. You may need to knead with hands as the dough nears being fully mixed. Once combined, use a small cookie scoop to form the dough into balls. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.

Makes 24 protein balls.

INGREDIENTS: 2 (¼ OZ) Envelopes of Unflavored Gelatin ½ C Cold Water1 Pack Plexus Active™2 Scoops Joyōme™ Multi-Action Collagen Complex or Plexus Slim® Microbiome Activating1 Packet of Stevia (or sweetener of choice)Silicone Candy Molds

INSTRUCTIONS: In a small bowl combine gelatins, Active or Slim, Joyōme Collagen, Stevia, and the cold water and stir. Let sit for 2 minutes. Microwave bowl for 30 seconds, then whisk well, microwave for another 30 seconds and stir, if not quite all dissolved or it is not clear, then microwave for 15 seconds stirring until it is well dissolved. Pour gelatin into the molds and set into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
