Production and Operations Management. Responsible for the implementation of Lean manufacturing techniques to

continuously improve the process. Ensure that planned production volumes are achieved at maximum efficiency,

within Dawlance quality standards. Managing the shift and achieving daily and monthly production targets using

optimum energy and labor resources. Managing inventory of more than 100 items. Operation and Preventive maintenance of Canon A Compact 200 Polyurethane

Plant. Responsible for the effective use of fixed assets in the Business Unit. Ensure full compliance with maintenance and QA procedures. Uses Lean Six Sigma, RCM and SMP concepts to optimize work processes. Control, plan and devise preventive maintenance activities. Responsible for implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001
